Voltage-based phase failure protection. The principle is to detect the absence of phase by detecting the supply voltage. In general, this kind of product often has a phase sequence protection function, which is called “voltage phase sequence relay”. The advantage is that it is easy to use. A "phase sequence relay" can protect multiple motors. The disadvantage is that it can only protect the power supply from the lack of phase. It can not protect the motor phase caused by poor contact of the AC contactor.
