Pressure gauge refers to the use of elastic elements as sensitive elements, which measure and indicate instruments that are above ambient pressure. The application is extremely common and it covers almost all industrial processes and scientific research fields. In the heat pipe network, oil and gas transmission, water supply and gas supply systems, vehicle repair and maintenance shop and other fields can be seen everywhere. Especially in the industrial process control and technical measurement process, due to the high mechanical strength and the convenience of production, the mechanical pressure gauge has more and more extensive applications.
1, the instrument must be vertical: the installation should be used to tighten the 17mm wrench, should not be strong twist case; transport should avoid collision;
2, the use of the instrument should be in the ambient temperature of -25 ~ 55 °C;
3, the use of working environment vibration frequency <25HZ, the amplitude is less than 1mm;
4. In use, the ambient temperature is too high, the indicator value of the instrument does not return to zero, or the value of the indicator is exceeded. The rubber sealing plug at the upper part of the case can be cut open so that the internal cavity of the instrument can communicate with the atmosphere.
5. The scope of use of the instrument should be between 1/3 and 2/3 of the upper limit;
6. In the measurement of corrosive media, possible crystallization of the medium, the viscosity of the medium should be added isolation device;
7, the instrument should be checked regularly (at least every three months), if found faults should be repaired;
8. The instrument shall be repaired or exchanged by the company if it is found to be defective or damaged due to poor manufacturing quality within six months from the date of delivery.
9, need to use measuring instruments of corrosive media, when ordering should indicate the requirements.
