Overload Current Monitoring Relay 1 NC SCR Output Contact LED Indication
JDB-1 series motor protector is suitable for the control circuit of AC 45 ~ 60Hz, voltage 24V to 380V power supply circuit and AC contactor and other switch electrical appliances. When the main circuit of the motor has abnormal working conditions such as phase failure, overload, and three-phase unbalance, the protector can break the contact of the switch electrical appliance in time, disconnect the three-phase power supply of the motor, and quickly and reliably protect the motor.
The protector adopts the core-type current sampling detection technology, thyristor output, simple structure, convenient use, reliable operation, and has the advantages of no power consumption, long life, no arc generation during operation, and is ideal for motor protection. Electrical products
The protector meets the requirements of EN19474.7, EN60947-5, EN60204-1 standard GB14048.4.
(1) Protection functions: Phase protection, three-phase unbalance protection, and overload protection.
1. Phase-failure protection: When any phase of the three-phase power supply of the motor lacks a phase or the internal phase of the motor is broken, the action delay time of the protector is ≤ 1S.
2. Three-phase unbalance protection: When the phase difference of any two-phase working current in the three-phase power supply of the motor exceeds (50±10)%, the delay time of the protector operation is ≤1S.
3. Overload protection: When the operating current of the motor reaches 1.2 times to 6 times of the rated value, the action delay time of the protector is 80S ~ 10S (inverse time characteristic).
(B), the output interface reset mode: control circuit power reset; reset time: (60 ± 10) S.
(C), work methods: continuous work style.
(D), applicable voltage range: AC24V ~ 380V/45 ~ 60Hz.
