I. System overview:

1.1 Overview

The equipment adopts real variable frequency air conditioner and control circuit to be training assessment object. Put the cabinet type air conditioner machine group into training support according to real arrangement. Students can see real status display and work pressure indication of air conditioner machine group when working, which is easy to know and master its working principle and operation, use and maintenance skill, and it is better to master the problems when using and master the knowledge to deal with the common trouble.

1.2 Introduction for principle of air conditioner system

The principle of air conditioning refrigeration refers to the principle of air conditioning refrigeration operation. When the air conditioner is electrified, the low-pressure steam of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system is sucked by the compressor and compressed into the high-pressure steam back to the condenser. The indoor air circulates continuously to reduce the temperature.
The air drawn in by the axial fan flows through the condenser, taking away the heat from the refrigerant and condensing the high-pressure refrigerant steam into a high-pressure liquid. The high-pressure liquid is sprayed into the evaporator after passing through the filter and throttling mechanism and evaporates under the corresponding low pressure to absorb the surrounding heat. At the same time, the through-flow fan makes air continuously enter the fin of the evaporator for heat exchange and sends the cooled air after heat release into the room.

3. 15 Trouble points can be set, students can conduct trouble detection and troubleshooting on trouble detection board according to trouble phenomenon, there is a master control computer to control all trouble points and equipment running in test system, computer can set trouble automatically, when students do troubleshooting and maintenance, the computer will record, give a mark, print and other functions.

4. It adopts real conditioner, so you can conduct dismounting, refrigerant filling and other basic training.
