Inspection principle
In the past two years, the medical device industry has been continuously developing, and medical gloves are an indispensable product in the industry. At the same time, as customers have higher and higher requirements for the surface quality of gloves, and the inspections for defects such as oil stains, black spots, impurities, and breakages are becoming more and more stringent, the conventional production line cannot solve the problem of timely inspection and inspection.
The main reason is the subjectivity of manual detection. Based on the above situation, our company has developed an online visual inspection system for gloves. This breaks through the various problems of man-made inspection gloves, and realizes fully automated online inspection and removal of gloves. Thereby improving quality, reducing customer complaints, saving labor and increasing efficiency.
Testing equipment, with four sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and lenses, to comprehensively detect defects on both sides of the glove AB. After the system collects the sample image, the image processing software and the standardized sample are compared and analyzed to determine the good product and the defective product. When the detection system determines After the defective product, the system will give a non-conforming signal and use the on-site demoulding device to reject (our testing equipment requires the customer to provide a stripping device as the rejecting mechanism). After the finished product is tested, the counting function can be realized, and the counting accuracy rate is 99%. . The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.
