Inspection Object

This program is mainly aimed at various types of milk powder caps in and meets the following testing requirements according to on-site communication needs:

label:

1.Whether there is a label, if there is no label or the label is incomplete, it is a non-conforming product;

2.The label is skewed, and the skew is required to be greater than 0.5mm as a non-conforming product;

3.For label reprints, two or more sheets are required to be non-conforming products. If two or more sheets are completely overlapped and have obvious characteristics, they will be detected as non-conforming products.

Injection incomplete, burrs , flash:

1.Injection incomplete in the visible range behind the box cover, and the lack of material is required to be greater than 0.5mm as a non-conforming product;

2.Burrs and flash of the rear cover of the box cover, which require burrs and flash than 0.5mm to be unqualified products.

Opening ring incomplete , broken , missing

1.Opening ring incomplete : Lack of material greater than 0.5mm is unqualified

2.Opening ring Broken: cracking greater than 1mm is unqualified

3.Opening missing : missing ring is unqualified

 Milk powder spoon handle , frame ,missing

1.Missing the handle or handle broken is unqualified

2.Missing the frame or frame broken is unqualified

 About the system

• The equipment can realize centralized control and provide real-time production status;

Inspection Details

1,The whole system includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and inspection system software. Both parties need to predetermine the height of the conveyor line to facilitate the on-site equipment docking.

2,According to the needs of the end customer, the number of cameras used and the corresponding inspection content are determined according to the requirements of this inspection. The following table is the accuracy of the inspection content.

• Place the product on the front-stage material handing and conveying mechanism by the self-grip, and merge the two products into one row through the pusher cylinder 1/2 and enter the inspection station;
• Ø The first inspection station: install a set of cameras and optical system to detect the label defects on the top of the cover, and lift the product through the vacuum conveyor 2, install the inspection camera and light source on the bottom to realize the inspection work;
• Ø The second inspection station: install a set of cameras and optical systems. After the product passes through the vacuum conveyor 2, it enters the conveyor 3, that is, enters the second inspection station. The inspection camera and light source are installed on the upper part to detect defects in the lid. Detection
• Ø The third inspection station: Install eight sets of cameras and a set of optical systems. This inspection station realizes the detection of defects in the range of the spoon, bracket, easy-to-tear mouth, and the periphery of the lid.

The testing equipment needs to be regularly maintained and cleaned during use (such as conveyor belt cleaning, camera cleaning, etc.). The testing equipment itself will not cause secondary pollution sources (such as debris, fine foam, etc.) to the tested samples.
