Inspection principle
Bottled products are transferred in an orderly and stable manner to a specific detection station, and then the images of high-pixel samples are transmitted to the image processing software through the industrial camera, and made the comparison with the standard samples and distinguishes bad products and defective products, and controls for a rejector to eliminate bad and defective products.
The software sets the comparison standard for the samples, operators can control the comparison precision and choose the precision standard that best suits themselves, thereby controlling the defect rate.
Detection content
1)By comprehensively considering the testing requirements of each product, our project is as follows:
Bottle ≤600ml: For the detection of defects of the filling liquid level of the bottles and spraying code of the cap and tall and crooked caps, the equipment must be configured 3 sets of industrial camera systems, and the detection speed is 650-850 bottles/min.
2)The equipment can operate for a full day of 7 x 24 hours, and the detection method is:
The input and output are operated independently with the delivery line at the job site, and the detection of defective products can be done automatically.
3)The details of the detection equipment are as follows:
1-1,The detection equipment contains mechanical parts, electronic visual hardware and detection system software, without including transmission ordered part, so the height of the transmission line and the form of coupling must be predetermined, then the equipment in the site will be connected.

1-3,The counting function can be performed after detecting the finished product, and the counting accuracy is 100%.
