4. PET Preform Inspection

The appearance of the PET bottle is inspected online, and the defective products detected are automatically rejected in real time by the rejecting mechanism: when the photoelectric shielding is not greater than 2 seconds, the system defaults to the process being stable and the inspection system works normally. Through the detection of samples with different degrees of defects, the induction limit of the equipment is obtained: the continuous supply of defect samples is used to verify that the detection efficiency can meet the normal start-up rate of the production line.
