Its outstanding characteristics embrace very high resistance to wear and abrasion, and high performance at extraordinarily low temperatures. Only when temperature reach 185 degrees F, will UHMW start to soften and lose its abrasion resistance characteristics.
Its surface won’t wrinkle and is weather resistant. Because it is durable it has a long service life and acts as a flaxible hinge that won’t break. Our HDPE is screen printable too. In addition to the stock sizes, finish and 15 stock colors, our HDPE sheeting can be custom produced to match specific colors, thickness, size and finish.
