How do I clean my hair?

1. Bath hair in water, make sure it is full wet. NO need wash the weft, hair ONLY.

2. Gently apply tiny amount of mild shampoo on the hair, NO rob, NO twist, just evenly. DO NOT shampoo it for more than 1 minute.

3. Rinse or water bath it 3 times immediately after shampoo.

4. Gently apply moisturized conditioner on the clean hair, better more at the ends, NO rob, NO twist. DO NOT condition it for more than 1 minute.

5. Rinse or water bath it 3 times right away after done conditioning.

6. Towel dry to soak up the water on the clean hair. Again, NO rob, NO twist.

7. Hang up the hair for air dry.

8. Gently store it after dry.

How do I comb my hair?

1. Round wide-teeth brush or comb can be used for straights.

2. Super wide-teeth comb for waves.

3. Only finger through for curly.

How to determine human hair and synthetic hair?

Burning is the easiest way to determine it. If it’s like burning plastic with stinky smell, and the it’s synthetic. If it leaves ashes in burning and smells like overcooked food, and then it’s human hair.

What is Virgin Remy Hair?

Virgin Remy hair, also called “cuticle” hair, is a type of nature hair without cuticle structurally damaged process, not dyed, not colored, not bleached and not any chemically processed. Cuticle is a layer of dead cells naturally coating on every individual piece of hair keeping away from harm. With cuticle coated, virgin remy hair is still dyable, bleachable and chemically processed styled. Remy hair is just a type of hair coated by something so it would keep hair smooth from tangle. Thus, all virgin hair is remy, for they are all coated cuticle, but not every remy hair is virgin hair, because the damaged hair can be done remy process to make hair more smooth.

How to prevent shedding so the hair last longer?

Try not to wash the weft line at the roots of the hair, and do not cut off the weft and use weft sealer to seal it right away if you really need cut, so the weft will always hold the hair tightly as it is manufactured.

How to prevent tangling so the hair last longer?

Try not to soak hair in acidic, ionic, or basic liquid, which means not wearing it in swimming pool or sea, so the structure of hair protein won’t rearrange.

How to keep the hair moist and healthy look?

Try not to wear it under blazing sunshine or iron it with high heat. Spay heat protection on the hair if you really need do so. Apply moisturizer or hair oil whenever as need.
