Description:
Fleece-backed veneers are so supple that they are perfect for projects with curves and rounded surfaces. Even burl veneers are made completely smooth and easy to handle by the addition of fleece. Simplified processing and improved process reliability ensure that the slightly greater investment in fleeced spliced veneer is quickly amortized in most cases.
Fleece is affixed to veneer under high pressure, resulting in a durable, high- quality material composite. The weight of the fleece and the type of adhesive determine the veneer's stability, strength and resistance to heat and moisture.
