Application of Cr10Ni90 alloy wire in thermocouples:
A thermocouple is a commonly used temperature measurement device that uses the principle of the thermoelectric effect to measure the temperature of an object.
Cr10Ni90 alloy wire can be used as the temperature-sensitive part of the thermocouple, and is usually connected with another metal wire (such as commonly used copper, iron, chromium, etc.) to form a thermocouple loop. Cr10Ni90 alloy wire has high resistance and temperature coefficient, allowing it to generate a large thermoelectric potential difference in high temperature environments. By measuring the voltage signal in the thermocouple loop, the temperature of the object being measured can be deduced.
