Heavy Duty Linear Vibrating Screen Machine Self Synchronizing Reverse Rotation
Working Principle of High Efficiency Heavy Duty Linear Vibrating Screen:
When high efficiency heavy duty linear vibrating screen works, the longitudinal vibration force, produced by two motors self-synchronizing reverse rotation, makes screen body to drive sieve plate to do longitudinal vibration and complete screening operation.
It is mainly used for intermittent operating condition or small capacity of screening operation.
Application of High Efficiency Heavy Duty Linear Vibrating Screen:
High efficiency vibrating screen is suitable for sintering carbon, natural ore, coke and abrasives, chemical raw materials and other powder and particle material of highly efficient screening, and dewatering, medium-removal and coal dressing operation.
It is now widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, electric power, chemical, pharmaceutical, abrasive, food and other industries, especially popular in the metallurgical industry. It is a common used screening equipment in blast furnace bunker, coking plant and dressing plant.
Main Features of High Efficiency Heavy Duty Linear Vibrating Screen:
1. Small volume, light weight, easy to install and processing set-up;
2. Adopt energy saving vibration motor or vibrator as vibration source;
3. Rubber spring supports and isolates vibration, large capacity, high screening efficiency;
4. The screen is assembled by the standard small pieces. Replacement is extremely convenient.
Open Type (ZSG-□×□): It is seat-type and no dust cover plate structure. Used for big screening capacity and no dust pollution of particle material screening.
Closed Type (ZSGB-□×□): It is seat-type and complete close structure. Used for big screening capacity and dust pollution of particle material screening.
