Product Introduction of Rectangular Type Low Profile Flow-thru Rotary Vibratory Screen Separator:
The low profile flow-thru rotary vibratory screen separator is a kind of new-type and high efficient screening machine. It can be made into Round or Rectangular shape. This machine offers high capacity wet or dry scalping in a compact, low head room design. Double motors mounted on opposite of body create the three-dimensional motion that allows maximum flow-thru of material. This sieve machine is ideally suited for prepackaging screening in many food and pharmaceutical applications, as well as for bulk bag unloading and screening of raw ingredients.
The inline vibro screen is also well known as the compact sieve, safety screeners, flow-thru separator, control sieves, low-profile vibrating sieve, low profile separator, inline vibrating screen etc.
Working Principle of Rectangular Type Low Profile Flow-thru Rotary Vibratory Screen Separator:
The flow-thru separator is a new high precision fine powder screening machine. It uses vertical vibration motor as excitation source. This motor is equipped on both sides with an eccentric hammer which functions to transfer the rotation movement of motor to horizontal, vertical and inclined motions. And the hammer then delivers the motions to screen surface for sifting.

8. Auto discharge gate available and facilitates impure and rough materials. "On-demand" system allows use at operator's request only.
