Product Introduction of Horizontal Type Rotary Disk Feeder:

The rotary disk feeder is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical and other bulk materials in the field of precise feeding and ingredients.
Main Features of Horizontal Type Rotary Disk Feeder:
1. The horizontal disc feeder whole structure is compact. Reducer and motor are installed as a body. It is more convenient to Install and remove. Little space occupation and simple base installation.
2. Reducer adopts oil-immersed lubrication, rotary support, small gear adopts grease lubrication. Simple structure and convenient
Maintenance. Lubrication method: reducer, rotary support and small gear use oil bath lubrication
3. Circular disk surface lining plate adopts grid fan-shaped plate, forming a fixed abrasive layer, no need to worry about the
lining plate wear, convenient replacement and maintenance.
4. Disk surface and blanking sleeve have lining plate.
Commonly used lining plate: high chromium cast iron lining plate and polymer nylon lining plate.
