Introduction of Industrial Screw Conveyor for Bulk Materials:
Industrial Stainless Steel Vertical Screw Conveyor System for Bulk Materials is a widely used conveying equipment. There are two kinds of screw conveyors divided from conveying direction, one is horizontal screw conveyor, and another is vertical screw conveyor. The conveyor is used for loose materials such as all kinds of powders, granules and small blocks. The screw conveyor is made of steel.
The Vertical Screw Conveyors are a very efficient solution for elevating a variety of bulk materials at very steep inclines or completely vertical. The Tube type screw conveyor is light weight, quiet and closed. The compact design allows for the vertical screw conveyor to fit into almost any plant layout. With a minimum number of moving parts, the vertical screw conveyor is a cost-effective and dependable component of any bulk material handling process.Tube type screw conveyor can be customized into different diameters, different lengths and different inclining degrees according to the requirements of the users.

Working Principle of Industrial Screw Conveyor for Bulk Materials:
Screw conveyor makes use of rotating screw transfering materials along the fixed casing. The rotating spiral blade moves the material to perform screw conveyance, and the force that makes the material not rotate with the screw blade is the frictional resistance of the material's own weight and the screw conveyor casing to the material. Spiral blades are welded to the rotary shaft of the screw conveyor. The surface shape of the blade has solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type and other types according to the different materials being conveyed. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material moving direction to give the screw axial reaction force with the material. When the machine length is long, an intermediate hanging bearing should be added.

Application of Screw Conveyor for Bulk Materials:
The screw conveyor is widely used in various industries, such as building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal, grain etc. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying powder, granulated and small lump materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain etc. Material temperature is less than 200℃.
Screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying materials those are perishable, big viscosity and easy to agglomerate.
If conveying angle of inclination is oversize, please choose the GX series screw conveyor.
