Structure and Working Principle of Impact Crusher:
Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machinery which take advantage of impact energy to crush material. When the machine works, under the drive of motor, the rotor rotate in a high speed.
When material goes into the plate hammer action zone, the material impact and crush with plate hammer in the rotor, and then be thrown into the counter device to crush again. After that, rebound from impact liner plate to the plate hammeraction zone to crush again. This process is repeated. Material from big to small go into one, two, three, impact cavity, crush repeatedly, until the material is crushed into the required size, and be discharged from the outlet.
