Introduction of Flange Type Vibration Exciters:
Flange type vibration exciter absorbs the advanced technology of the same industry both at home and abroad. It has the advantages of light weight, small size, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, long service life, etc. It is the ideal exciting source of all kinds of vibration equipment.
Operation and Maintenance of Flange Type Vibration Exciters:
1. The seat type exciter is mainly used in the sieve and is an integral part of the screening system.
2. The eccentric block of the exciter works relatively well under the action of external forces.
3. The bearing of the exciter should be regularly added grease (2# industrial lithium base grease). Generally add oil every 3~5 months.
4. Run 2~4 hours after installation. Wait until everything is normal before it is put into use
5. The anchor bolt adopts the anti-loosening device to prevent the bolt from loosening and damage the vibration exciter.
6. When the exciter runs for 5 to 6 months, it need a minor repair. Running one year need a major overhaul. Minor repair cleans the dust and dirt of the machine. In addition to carrying out necessary minor repairs and maintenance, when overhauling, people should check the wear speed of the bearing, timely maintenance and replacement when necessary.
