Working Principle of Negative Pressure Air Jet Particle Size Test Sieve Analyzer:
The air flow from the rotary jet trough below the screen continuously scours and clears the mesh, and continues to throw up and roll to break up the fine powder, making it disperse back onto the screen surface. Under the negative pressure of the vacuum generator and the gravity of the material, fines smaller than the mesh size quickly pass through the screen and are collected in the vacuum cleaner to achieve fast and accurate screening results.
