Introduction
Gold Vibrating Screen Grizzly Sieve Gravel Vibrating Screen Sifter is especially for screening the materials in the quarry, which adopted the vibrating of the tube eccentric shaft to adjust the amplitude. And it features stable structure, strong vibrating force, high screening efficiency, low vibrating voice, firmly durable,long service life and easy maintenance, and safe operation, etc. Besides, it is widely used in building materials, transportation, energy, coal preparation, cement, mine, electricity and chemical industries, especially for classifying the coal, limestone, broken stone, grit, metal or non-metal ore and the other materials.
Working Principle and Application
Mechanical rock ore vibration screen sieve with mesh easy replacement mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device.
Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box did circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying.
Linear vibrating screen is widely used in mining, coal, refractories, metallurgy, building materials and other industries.It is usually used for the screening and grading materials in large, middle and small particles.
