Introduction
Chemical Flour Traction Rubber Belt Bucket Elevator For Ores is the upgraded from TD bucket elevator. Bucket elevator consists of sprocket/drum, chain/belt, driven device, head section, middle casing and tail section etc. Chemical Flour Traction Rubber Belt Bucket Elevator For Ores can be widely used in several industries such as mining, mineral, chemical, agriculture, power, food and other industries etc.
Principle
Belt bucket elevator is composed of machine head, main frame,Maintenance cylinder, vents Ventilators, dustpan, dustpan belt and machine base.
The materials are fed into the machine from the bottom and discharged from the top.
1.Firstly, the materials are evenly fed into the dustpan on the machine base;
2.Secondly, the materials are elevated into the machine head;
3.Thirdly, the raw materials are dumped into the targeted machine.
Features
1. Completely enclosed for dust and weather-tight operation
2. The lifting height is up to 60 meters.
3. The temperature of materials is not higher than 100°C;
4. Large capacity from 39m3/h to 184m3/h, including 7 models
5. Low driving power, inflow feeding, induction unloading, high-volume hopper intensive arrangement.
6. Long service life, it seldom occurs extrusion and collision phenomenon.
