Introduction
Gyratory screen is designed to provide precise and accurate sieving, it adopts eccentric mechanism which drives the material on the screen surface do uniform gyratory reciprocating swing motion,the materials are spread and stratified on the full screen surface, then the gyratory reciprocating motion gradually changes to an elliptical motion at the centre which is good for material sieving,a straight-line motion at the discharge end,the material movement track becomes short and then materials flow out of the outlet.Gyratory screener is widely used in chemical,fertilizer,metallurgical,ceramsite,refractory materials,grain, food, abrasives, mining and other industries in the sizing process of material accurate screening.
Advantages and Features
1. Large capacity than normal vibrating screen;
2. The accurate is six stage separation, and screening efficiency is highly from 95% to 99%
3. Using silicone rubber ball, ultrasonic device such as efficient clean network system.
4. Without blocking mesh net,Sealed dust and safe operation;
5. The acceleration is 4.5 times lower than the vibrating screen,so the screening parts life increase and reduce maintenance;
6. With low noise which is less then 75 db. Optimize the weight balance, foundation dynamic load is low.
Application
1. Mainly used for screening, filtering, grading and removing impurity for all kinds of powder, particle, and liquid.
2. Mainly suitable materials: chemical, medical powder and particle, coating, pigment, cosmetic, grease, resin, ceramic sauce, slurry, quicklime, fireproofing powder, metallurgy powder, starch,flour, rice flour, carbon powder, graphite powder, manganese powder, sewage, waste oil, dung, etc.
