Introduction
Powder fly ash feeding tubular sand concrete automatic inclined auger horizontal stainless steel small cement screw conveyor(also known as auger conveyor, screw conveyor, and spiral conveyor), is the main unit for mechanical transport operation of industry and agriculture, which uses motor to drive screw rotation and move material to achieve conveying purpose. Pipe screw conveyor is suitable for all industries such as building material, chemical industry, power industry, metallurgy, coal industry and grain industry, for horizontal or tilted transportation for powdery, granular and small lump materials, such as coal, dust, residue, cement and grain which their temperature is less than 200℃.
Advantages and Features

2. According to working conditions, screw conveyor can be designed to multiple inlets and outlets.
3. Flexible installation type, conveyor angle can be 0-30 degree to meet varies requirement.
4. Hanging bearing is provided to connect screw blades and bear the screw body weights.
5. Adopts the method of spot welding to weld spiral blade on the screw shaft.
6. Construction material with carbon steel, stainless steel and abrasion-resistant alloys are optional.
7. Can be disassemble into several sections, save space during transportation.
8. Reducer motor brand can be domestic or imported: Tailong, , Siemens etc.
