Automatic ton bag packaging scale, also known as ton bag packaging machine, is
named as automatic quantitative packaging machine for large bags. The fully
automatic machine is composed of a weighing unit, a conveying device, a pneumatic
system, a dust removal system, and a quantitative packaging control instrument. It is
specially designed the packaging of ton bags and large bags of granular materials,

automatic ton bag packaging machine plays a great role in the packaging industry,

The automatic control system of the ton bag packaging machine is the brain of the
equipment, responsible for coordinating the actions of various components to
ensure the smooth of the packaging process. The control system typically includes
a PLC controller, a touch screen operation interface, and other components.
Operators can set packaging parameters such as packaging weight feeding speed
through the touch screen. The control system will automatically control the start and
stop of the feeding device, adjust the feeding speed, and monitor the entire
packaging process based on these parameters.
1. Automation: PLC control, bag clamping, bag blowing, feeding, metering filling,
exhaust, bag dropping, pallet, distribution and finished product belt conveyor are
all automated.
2. Fast weighing: Granular materials are controlled by pneumatic valves for gravity
self-flow discharge, and powdery are fed by screws, both of which are combined
with multi-level feeding and coarse and fine discharge, which effectively solves the
problem of discharge control for large-flow materials.
3. High precision: Innovative and practical weighing and force transmission
mechanism, automatic correction of drop, fast metering speed, and high precision.
4. Simple operation: Unique hanging and clamping mechanism design, automatic
opening of bag unloading and hook removal at the end of packaging, can achieve
fast loading and unloading of bags.
5 Energy saving and environmental protection: The powder packaging equipment is
equipped with a dust removal and recovery system.
Powder: Quantitative packaging of medicines, chemicals, pesticides, rubber, non-metallic
materials, coatings, ceramics, etc. Such as ceramic, calcium carbonate, wettable powder,
carbon black, rubber powder, food additives, pigments, dyes, zinc oxide, medicines, etc.
