Air flow screen, is a high-precision screening equipment for fine powder, which
can continuously screen powdery materials with a fineness range of80-500 meshes,
and the screen can be replaced arbitrarily. The air flow screening machine (air flow
screen) has high screening efficiency, large output precise fineness, no over-size
mixing phenomenon, vertical screen installation without load, long service life, wide
range of fineness, fully enclosed structure, no dust overflow low noise, low energy
consumption, continuous operation, and convenient maintenance.
The main working structures of the horizontal airflow screen are the feed and
discharge ports, the screen cylinder, the spiral conveying system, the wind wheel
blades and the vibration motor, etc. After the material initially enters the feed port,
it is sent into the screen cylinder by the spiral conveying system, and then it is by
the wind wheel blades, the material produces centrifugal force suspension, and at
the same time, the material particles are separated from each other to form
independent individuals, are sprayed over the screen under the action of the
cyclone, and the materials of different specifications are discharged from different
outlets. The horizontal airflow screen is also mainly to screen fine powdery materials.
