synchronous belts to pull the, with cylinder-controlled tensioning, automatic correction,
and automatic alarm protection functions, minimizing waste to the greatest extent. It is
equipped with a metering device, bag making, filling, sealing, printing, and counting.

The material first enters the buffer bin of the packaging machine from the material bin,
and then undergoes homogenization treatment through theogenization stirring system.
This effectively removes the gas from the material, prevents caking and bridging, and
ensures the smoothness of the entire packaging process. the quantitative packaging
scale enters the automatic operation state, the weighing control system opens the
feeding door to start adding material. This feeding device uses a two-stage feeding
method fast and slow to ensure that the material weight accurately reaches the set value.
When the material weight reaches the final set value, the feeding door is closed,
completing dynamic weighing process. The system checks whether the bag clamping
device is in the predetermined state. When the packaging bag is securely clamped,
a control signal is to open the discharge door of the weighing bin, and the material enters
the packaging bag. After the material is completely discharged, the discharge door of the
weighing bin automatically closed, the bag clamping device is released, and the packaging
bag automatically drops and undergoes sewing treatment. The entire process is highly
automated, significantly improving efficiency and product quality.
