The linear vibrating screen uses the vibration motor as the excitation source, and

through the multi-layer screen, it produces various specifications of oversize andize

materials, which are discharged from their respective outlets. It features low energy

structure, no overflow, automatic discharge, and is more suitable for assembly line

The linear vibrating screen is driven by two vibrating motors. When the two motors

rotate synchronously and in the opposite direction, the excitation generated by their

eccentric blocks cancels out in the direction parallel to the motor axis and adds up

to a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis., the movement

trajectory of the screen is a straight line. The two motor axes are at an angle relative

to the screen surface. Under the combined action of theitation force and the weight

of the material, the material is thrown up and jumps forward in a straight line on the

screen surface, thus achieving the purpose of screening grading the material. It can

be used in production lines to achieve automated operations. It features low energy

consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed

structure that prevents dust from escaping.
