The vibrating screen has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance and

The working principle of a vibrating screen mainly utilizes the vibration of the screen
box to make the material vibrate and produce inertial force and centrif force, thereby

the material is divided into particles of different sizes and shapes, and is through the
screening outlet. The vibration trajectory of the vibrating screen is usually a complex
spatial curve, projected as a circle on the horizontal plane and as an ellipse on
vertical plane. By adjusting the excitation force and spatial phase angle of the upper
and lower rotating hammers, the amplitude and the shape of the screen surface
movement can be changed, thereby changing the movement trajectory of the material
on the screen surface.
