The rotary vibrating screener is a widely used, high-precision fine powder screening
machine. It features low noise, high efficiency, and quick net in 3-5 minutes. With a fully
enclosed structure, it is suitable for the screening and filtering of particles, powders,
and viscous liquids.
The rotary vibrating screen utilizes the heavy hammers (unbalanced hammers) installed
above and below the motor shaft to convert the motor's rotational into three-dimensional
motion that is horizontal, vertical, and inclined. This motion is then transmitted to the
screen surface, causing the material to move in an expanding invol motion on the screen
surface. Therefore, this series of vibrating screens is called a rotary vibrating screen.
The rotary vibrating screen has advantages such as long material travel and screen
surface utilization. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower hammers, the
movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed. This for
precise screening and probabilistic screening of materials.
