The dust-free feeding station is a sealed bag opening, no dust flying, improving the
working environment and reducing the production cost. It can handle unpacking and
conveying operations of small bags and ton bags in powder, granular, and small
block forms. Additionally, it is widely used in industries such asrochemicals, plastics,
carbon black, mining, food additives, and cement. It has a simple structure, low
production cost, easy and convenient operation, cost performance, and its own dust
collection, so that dust no longer flies.
The dust-free feeding station is a transfer device that uses negative pressure dust
collection, suitable for opening bags and feeding materials during the production
process It can store materials first and then convey them, and is used in conjunction
with a dust collection system to effectively avoid dust flying. The conical part of the
bin is equipped with a vibrator, which helps the flow of materials. A screening system
can be installed inside the material bin to prevent clumped materials from blocking
the port and conveying pipeline. It is designed according to user requirements,
effectively isolating the material dust and related equipment from the human body
during feeding, thus under the pressure condition of the fan, the dust is sucked into
the filtration system, separating the gas and the material. When the material
accumulates to a certain amount, falls into the material bin due to its own weight.
