The 25 kg semi-automatic packaging machine is a packaging machine designed for
granular and highly fluid materials. It is an upgraded product specifically for the grain
industry. It uses an electric mechanism instead of a pneumatic one, making it easy to
use by just plugging it in without the need for air pump. This can effectively avoid
damage and impact on electric components caused by low winter temperatures. The
packaging scale features high weighing accuracy, ease of operation, strong, and
comprehensive functions.
When the equipment is powered on and running, the motor drives the pulley to rotate
at high speed, creating a vacuum in the packaging machine's discharge mechanism.
At the same time, due to the weight of the material at the inlet, the material leaks into
the inlet, and then is discharged from the outlet to complete a full packaging process.
At this point, when the material bag is full and its weight reaches the pre-set weight
(which can be adjusted by adding weights or setting an automatic controller), the signal
from the limit switch or sensor will provide feedback for comparison. At this point, the
solenoid valve will operate, closing the outlet, stopping the filling, and then the bag will
be automatically dropped by the automatic bag-dropping device or the clamping device
at the pocket will be loosened, and the bag will be manually dropped.

device, ensuring accuracy in every bag The equipment has a self-diagnosis function,
which can automatically alarm or stop in case of failure (users can choose to alarm or
stop), and is equipped with emergency stop buttons for convenient operation.
4. The fully automatic weighing and packaging machine can achieve automatic
arrangement, counting, filling, sealing, packaging, and conveying of. The number of
products packaged can be easily adjusted, the number of bags can be controlled, and
the number of packages can be automatically displayed, making it easy count the
machine's workload.

with protective devices).
