Automatic quantitative packaging machine, is a packaging equipment controlled by

computer, integrating automatic feeding, automatic filling, and automatic bagging.

It consists a feeder, a weighing hopper, a discharging hopper, a frame, and a control

system. The feeder is divided into various forms according to different: free-fall,

screw, belt, and vibration; the weighing hopper is used for weighing materials, it can

temporarily store materials and conveniently empty them; discharging hopper has

both bag clamping function and funnel effect, facilitating the flow of materials from

the weighing hopper into the packaging bag; the frame is to fix the entire system,

and the control system runs the entire mechanical part according to the set program.
 

 

 
The material is fed into the weighing hopper by the feeding mechanism (pneumatic

gate). After the controller receives the weight signal from sensor, it controls

according to the preset program value. At the beginning, the material is fed quickly

(simultaneous fast, medium, and slow feeding). the weight is greater than or equal to

(target value - rough measurement value), the fast feeding signal is stopped and the

medium-speed feeding (simultaneous medium slow feeding) is entered. When the

weight is greater than or equal to (target value - precise measurement value), the

medium feeding signal is stopped and the slow is entered. When the weight is greater

than or equal to (target value - overshoot value), the slow feeding signal is stopped,

the feeding gate is completely, and the fixed weight measurement is completed. After

the bag clamping signal is input, the discharge door of the weighing hopper

automatically opens. When the weight less than or equal to the zero position setting

value, the discharge door of the weighing hopper automatically closes, the material

bag is automatically released onto the conveyor belt and is sent to the sewing machine

for packaging, then enters the next process, while the controller enters the next control

cycle.

automatically alarm or shut down in case of failure (users can choose to alarm or shut
down), and is equipped with multiple emergency stop buttons for convenient operation.
 
4. The equipment can achieve automatic arrangement, counting, filling, sealing,
packaging, conveying, selection, and boxing of materials. The number of products can
be easily adjusted, the number of bags packaged can be controlled, and the number of
packages can be automatically displayed, making it easy to calculate the machine's.
 
5. The equipment has reliable safety protection functions (all dangerous parts are
equipped with safety protection devices).
 
6. Highly compatible, it can meet the packaging requirements more than 90% of different
shaped parts on the market.
 
7. By adding a conveying hopper, it can support automatic packaging of various accessories,
smoother and faster movement during the conveying process, ensuring safety and low noise.
