The bulk bag filling machine is a multi-functional packaging machine that integrates
electronic weighing, automatic bag removal, and dust removal. This machine has a
degree of automation, stable equipment performance, high packaging accuracy, and
its packaging speed can be adjusted according to production needs. The equipment

It includes pneumatic hanging hook clamping system, air charging and returning
mechanism, feeding metering control mechanism, hydraulic lifting mechanism, conveying
roller bed and electrical control.
The automatic control system of the bulk bag filling machine is the brain of the equipment,
responsible for coordinating the actions of various components to ensure the progress of
the packaging process. The control system typically includes a PLC controller, a touch
screen operation interface, and other components. Operators can set packaging
parameters such as weight and feeding speed through the touch screen. The control
system will automatically control the start and stop of the feeding device, adjust the feeding
speed, and monitor the packaging process based on these parameters.
