The three-dimensional motion mixer can mix various materials into a uniform mixture; it can
also increase the contact surface area of the materials and promote chemical; it can also
accelerate physical changes by mixing mechanical action, such as adding solvent to a particle

all materials involved in the mixing should be evenly distributed.
The three-dimensional mixer, also known as the three-dimensional oscillating mixer,
operates with the mixing drum moving in multiple directions, which acceler the flow and
diffusion of materials during the mixing process. This ensures that the materials inside the
drum are thoroughly mixed without the issues of material segregation and accumulation
that are in conventional mixers due to centrifugal force. The mixing process is free from
dead zones, effectively ensuring the quality of the mixed materials. The mixing drum of
three-dimensional motion mixer can perform multiple movements simultaneously, including
its own rotation and its oscillation with the oscillating frame. The discharge port of the
mixing drum is with spiral blades, which makes the mixer characterized by rapid mixing and
convenient discharging.
Principle performance characteristics of the three-dimensional motion mixer: The material
cylinder is driven by the active shaft to make repetitive translation, rotation and rolling, etc.
These complex movements promote the material to move in three directions along the
cylinder, thus achieving the mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation, and mixing various
materials to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing. The SYH series three-dimensional
motion mixer has a unique design of the mixing bucket, with a smooth inner wall no dead
corners, which does not contaminate the material, making it easy to discharge and clean.
The equipment has a multi-directional movement of the mixing, so the material does not
experience centrifugal force, and there is no phenomenon of specific gravity segregation
and stratification, allowing for a wide range of weight ratios the components, high mixing
