It is a new type of mixing equipment with high efficiency and high precision. The
machine has a reasonable and simple structure, operates in a closed, and is easy
for material input and output (manual or vacuum feeding). The cylinder is made of
stainless steel, which is easy to clean. The machine's is driven by a motor and a
planetary reducer, ensuring fast mixing speed. It is particularly suitable for mixing
materials with large density differences and high mixing ratios. All of the machine
that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
The V-type mixer is composed of two cylindrical drums welded together, with the
container shape being asymmetric relative to the axis. Due to the rotary, the
powder particles in the inclined cylinder continuously alternate, divide, and merge;
the material is randomly transferred from one area to another, while the particles
of the body slip against each other, undergoing multiple spatial superpositions,
and continuously distributing on the newly generated surfaces. This process
repeatedly performs shearing and diffusive mixing.
