The three-dimensional mixer, also known as the three-dimensional shaking mixer,
has a mixing barrel that operates in multiple directions during operation. This
causes material to accelerate its flow and diffusion during the mixing process. The
material inside the barrel has many cross-mixing points, which simultaneously
avoids the phenomenon of material segregation and accumulation caused by
centrifugal force in conventional mixers. The mixing is thorough and effective,
ensuring the quality of the mixed material.
The three-dimensional blender makes unique translations, rotations, and rocking
motions in the three-dimensional space of the cube, causing the material to be in
complex state of "rotational flow - translation - inversion" within the mixing
cylinder; generating an alternating pulse that continuously pushes the material,
the turbulence generated by the has a gradient of changing energy, so that the
particles in the mixed material have different states of motion, and the particles
continuously change their positions in frequent diffusion movements resulting in
satisfactory mixing results.
The three-dimensional swing mixer is composed of a base, drive system,
three-dimensional motion mechanism, mixing cylinder, and electrical control system.
The mixing, which directly contacts the material, is made of high-quality stainless
steel, and its inner wall is precision polished.
