The mixer is a mechanical device that uses mechanical force and gravity to uniformly
mix two or more materials. During the mixing process, it can also increase surface
area of material contact to promote chemical reactions; it can also accelerate physical
changes.
The rotating main shaft of the mixer is equipped with double-layer spiral blades.
The inner spiral conveys the material to the outer side, the outer spiral gathers
the material towards the center. Under the convection movement of the
double-layer spiral, a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment is
formed The inner and outer radial spirals installed on the stirring shaft drive the
material in the drum, allowing the stirrer to mix the material over the largest
possible range the drum. During the operation of the mixing device, the inner
screw drives the material near the axis center to rotate, pushing it axially from
the inside to sides. The outer screw drives the material near the drum wall to
rotate, pushing it axially from the sides towards the center. The mixed materials
can be uniformly in a short time.
