Working principle of spiral vacuum automatic feeding machine
The raw materials are stored in a special storage bin, which is usually located on top of the equipment. The screw conveyor then begins to rotate, grabbing the raw material from the storage bin and transporting it to the lower part of the equipment. During the transportation process.
the spiral blades of the screw conveyor will push the raw materials forward to ensure continuous transportation of the raw materials.
At the same time, the spiral vacuum automatic feeding machine is also equipped with a vacuum suction cup system. This system generates negative pressure to attract raw materials to suction cups and grab them from the screw conveyor. 1.304 stainless steel material:
Under normal use and maintenance, the service life of a 304 stainless steel vacuum feeder can generally reach about 5-10 years. 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and can be adapted to the transportation of a variety of conventional materials. However, if it is used for a long time in an environment with high humidity, a certain acid-base environment or the presence of corrosive media such as chlorine ions, its service life may be affected. 2.316 stainless steel material:
The corrosion resistance of 316 stainless steel is stronger than that of 304 stainless steel, especially when facing some highly corrosive materials. With normal use, its service life is usually 8-15 years or even longer. For example, in the chemical industry, when transporting some highly corrosive chemical powders or granular materials, the 316 stainless steel vacuum feeder can maintain good stability and durability. However, if the use environment is very harsh, such as high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosion, it will also affect its service life.
3.Carbon steel material:
The cost of vacuum loaders made of carbon steel is relatively low, but its corrosion resistance is poor. In a dry, non-corrosive gas environment and with regular maintenance, the service life may be around 3-5 years. If the ambient humidity is high or there are corrosive substances, the carbon steel material will easily rust and corrode, and its service life will be greatly shortened.

4. Pigments and coatings: dye powder, epoxy resin, acrylic polymer, titanium dioxide, toner powder, polytetrafluoroethylene powder.
5. Metal powder: aluminum powder, cobalt powder, iron powder, tungsten powder.
6. Others: clinker cement, grape seeds, casting auxiliary materials, welding powder, quartz particles, sand, gravel.
