Working principle

The working principle of the ribbon mixer is based on the special structure and rotating motion of the ribbon. There are two screw belts inside, usually inside and outside two layers, the outer screw belt is large, the inner screw belt is small. When the motor drives the screw belt to rotate, the outer screw belt pushes the material along the U-shaped groove wall from both ends to the middle, and the inner screw belt transfers the material from the middle to both ends. This opposite direction of material flow forms a strong convection mixing effect, so that the material in the tank is constantly circulating, turning, so as to achieve fast and uniform mixing. At the same time, the rotation of the ribbon will also produce a certain shear and diffusion effect, further refine the material particles, enhance the mixing effect, and ensure that a variety of materials with different properties and different particle sizes can be fully mixed evenly.
