Working principle
The working principle of the ribbon mixer is to rely on two different diameters of the ribbon in the U-shaped tank in reverse rotation. The outer screw belt will push the material from both ends to the middle, and the inner screw belt will transport the material from the middle to both ends, which makes the material form a strong convective circulation in the tank, constantly turning and mixing. At the same time, the spiral belt rotation process will also have a shearing and diffusion effect on the material, prompting the material particles to interpenetrate and disperse, so as to quickly and evenly mix all kinds of materials.
