Vertical screw elevator is a powerful assistant for vertical material transportation. Its compact structure, small footprint, in a limited space to show their skills. When working, the motor drives the spiral body to rotate at high speed, and the material is sent steadily from the low level to the high point by virtue of the spiral blade's thrust on the material. It has excellent sealing, effectively avoid material leakage and dust flying, and ensure a clean working environment. High transportation efficiency, can continuously and stably transport particles, powder materials, widely used in chemical industry, building materials, food and other industries. However, it has certain requirements for the material, large particles, high-viscosity materials are not suitable, and the helix is easy to wear. Working principle
When the vertical screw lifting machine is running, the driving device starts and drives the screw body to rotate at high speed. The spiral body is composed of a spiral blade and a central shaft. After the material enters the chute from the feed port, it contacts the spiral blade. With the rotation of the spiral blade, the material is pushed along the direction of the spiral. The thrust force can be divided into vertical and horizontal components. The vertical component overcomes the gravity of the material and gradually lifts it upward. The horizontal component force makes the material fit the spiral blade to avoid scattering. At the same time, the friction between the material and the spiral blade and the inner wall of the material groove further assists the stable upward transportation of the material. In this way, with the synergistic effect of screw propulsion and friction transmission, the material is effectively lifted vertically from low to high.

Spiral vulnerable: when conveying materials, spiral blades and materials, the inner wall of the groove frequent friction, especially conveying high hardness, abrasive materials, spiral blades wear seriously, need regular replacement maintenance.
