Product description
Dust-free feeding station has significant advantages in the field of material handling. It uses the principle of negative pressure dust collection, after the fan starts, the negative pressure is quickly formed inside the feeding station, and the dust-containing gas generated by the feeding is quickly inhaled. The gas carries dust to the filter element, the air can be discharged smoothly through the filter element, and the dust is intercepted on the surface of the filter element to achieve efficient gas and dust separation. In order to prevent dust accumulation of the filter element from affecting the work, the pulse injection system starts at a regular time, and the compressed air is injected instantaneously, so that the rapid expansion of the filter element produces reverse air flow, and the dust accumulation is removed. In addition, it is equipped with a vibrating screen, which can accurately screen materials and intercept foreign objects. The whole process is efficient and environmentally friendly, and is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries, which greatly improves the safety and efficiency of production.
Working principle
When the dust-free feeding station works, the fan runs to form a negative pressure environment inside. Workers unpack and pour bagged materials into the feeding platform. The dust-containing gas generated during the falling process of materials is attracted into the platform box by negative pressure. The air carries dust to the filter element, the air can pass through the filter element smoothly, and the air is discharged from the outlet through the fan, and the dust is intercepted and retained on the surface of the filter element, so as to realize the efficient separation of gas and dust.
As the feeding continues, the surface area of the filter increases and the resistance increases. At this time, the pulse injection system starts, and the compressed air is injected into the filter in turn according to the program. The compressed air acts instantaneously to make the filter element expand rapidly, generate reverse air flow in the fiber tissue, blow the accumulated dust off, and ensure the continuous and efficient work of the filter element. At the same time, the material can be intercepted by the vibrating screen, large materials and foreign bodies, to ensure that the particles that meet the requirements enter the subsequent process.
