Working principle

High frequency vibration is generated by high frequency vibration motor or other excitation devices, which makes the screen box and screen surface reciprocate with frequency and small amplitude. When the material is fed onto the screen surface, under the action of high frequency vibration, the particles in the material produce strong jumping and loos. The particles smaller than the screen hole size quickly pass through the screen holes and become the screen under product under the action of their own gravity and the vertical component of vibration, while the particles larger than the screen hole size are continuously pushed and moved on the screen surface and finally become the screen over product discharged, so as to realize efficient separation of the material according to the particle size.
