Ton bag packaging machine is a kind of efficient and automated large packaging
equipment, mainly used for ton-level packaging of various bulk materials. It is usually
composed of feeding, weighing, filling, sealing, control and conveying systems.
When working, it can automatically complete the whole process of materials from
feeding, weighing metering filling to sealing, with high packaging efficiency, high

When the ton bag packaging machine is working, the empty ton bag is first put on the
filling nozzle, and the position is adjusted well through the mechanism. Then, the
feeding system starts to convey materials into the ton bag, and the weighing system
monitors the weight of the materials in real time. When the weight the materials
reaches the set value, the feeding system stops feeding. Next, the filling nozzle rises
and leaves the ton bag, and the sealing system carries out the sealing on the bag
opening. Finally, the conveying system conveys the packaged ton bag out, and a
packaging cycle is completed.

completing the packaging task of multiple bags per hour, greatly the packaging

High packaging accuracy: The high-precision sensor of the weighing system and the
advanced metering control technology make the error range of the packaging weight
extremely small, meeting the requirements of different users for the accuracy of
packaging weight.

fertilizer, cement, mineral powder, plastic pellets, etc. By replacing different accessories
and adjusting parameters, it can adapt to the characteristics of different and packaging
requirements.
High degree of automation: The entire packaging process, from material conveying,
weighing, filling to sealing, can be automatically completed by the control, reducing the
number of manual operation links, reducing labor intensity, and improving the stability
and reliability of production.
Simple operation: The touch screen operation interface is and friendly, and operators
only need simple training to master the operation method of the equipment skillfully,
which is convenient for parameter setting, equipment commissioning, and fault.
