The ton bag packaging machine consists of systems such as feeding, weighing, filling,

and sealing. During operation, empty ton bags are first sent the workstation for

bagging. Materials are transported from the silo to the filling port through the feeding

device. High-precision load sensors monitor the weight in real time and the material

supply stops when the set weight is reached, achieving precise metering. It has a high

degree of automation, and the processes of bagging, filling and sealing are completed

in one go. It can complete multiple batches of packaging per hour. It can adapt to

various materials such as granules and powders. The interface is simple, and it can be

operated after simple training. Daily maintenance is also very convenient. It is widely

After the ton bag packaging machine starts working, the automated mechanical device

quickly grabs the empty ton bag, accurately places it at the filling position, completes

the bagging action. Subsequently, the materials stored in the silo are steadily conveyed

to the filling port under the action of the spiral feeder or the vibrating. In this process,

the high-precision weighing sensor equipped monitors the weight of the materials in the

ton bag at all times, and transmits the data to the control system without interruption.

When the weight reaches the preset value, the control system responds instantly and

immediately shuts down the feeding device to ensure precise metering. After filling the

ton bag is sealed with sewing or heat sealing technology, and the whole process is

automated, efficient and reliable.


Efficient automation: From grabbing empty ton bags, bagging, to material conveying,

filling, and sealing, the entire process completed by automated mechanical devices and

intelligent control systems, without the need for extensive manual intervention, greatly

shortening the packaging cycle for each bag, and allowing multiple batches packaging

Precise metering: High-precision load cells monitor the weight of the material in real,

quickly transmitting the data to the intelligent control system. Once the preset weight is

reached, the system can instantly respond, shutting down the feeding device, and the

weight can be controlled within a very small range, ensuring consistent weight for each

bag of material.

Simple operation: The operator only needs to set the packaging weight, speed, and other

parameters in advance, and the equipment can automatically run according to the

predetermined program, without the need for complex operation procedures, reducing the

difficulty and labor of manual operation.

Strong adaptability: Whether it is granular, powdery materials, or materials with good

fluidity or high viscosity, it can stable conveying and filling by adjusting the parameters of

the spiral feeder, vibrating feeder, and other equipment, meeting the packaging needs of

different industries and different materials.

Sealing: Sealing is performed using sewing or heat sealing technology, with sewing

providing strong and durable seals, and heat sealing providing good sealing performance,

effectively preventing material leakage ensuring packaging quality, and facilitating

subsequent storage and transportation.
