Linear vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame, vibration motor, force transfer plate, motor base, vibration reduction system and seat frame,used for powder or granular dry material screening or liquid material filtration.
Screening can be up to 500 mesh. The excitation source with adjustable Angle can be used in single layer or multi-layer according to the customer's screening and filtering requirements, up to five layers. The screen frame is generally of wooden structure. If the corrosive material is screened, the part in contact with the material can be made of stainless steel.

Working principle
Linear vibrating screen is driven by vibration motor, when the vibration motor do synchronous, reverse rotation, the vibration generated by the eccentric block in parallel to the motor axis direction offset each other, in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft stacked as a resultant force, so the motion trajectory of the screen machine for a straight line. The motor shaft has a dip Angle relative to the screen surface, under the combined force of vibration force and material since gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface for linear motion, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and classification of materials. It can be used to automate operations in pipelining. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, completely closed structure without dust overflow and dispersion. The highest screening mesh number of 100 mesh, can screen out different granularity of materials.
