1. The motor and mixing spindle are directly connected through cycloid needle wheel reducer, which has simple structure, high reliability of operation and convenient maintenance;
2. Discharge mode at the bottom of mixer: the powder material adopts pneumatic large door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue;
3. There are two heating methods: electric heating and heat-transfer oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and the energy consumption is high, while heat-transfer oil heating needs to be equipped with oil pan, oil guide power and pipeline, with large investment, but the heating speed is fast and the energy consumption is low;
4. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed;
5. Jacket can be configured for heating or cooling.
