Customized Pipe Elevator Cement Multi - Angle Conveyor Screw Conveyor
Screw conveyor is a kind of tubular or half tubular conveyor equipment, also called tubular screw conveyor, the equipment adopts seamless steel pipe welded, good sealing, powder material in the conveying process will not overflow scattered situation, so as to improve the use of screw conveyor environment. ESC screw conveyor diameter from 100 mm to 1250 mm, a total of five specifications, length from 4 meters to 70 meters, can also be lengthened according to customer requirements, layout flexible, horizontal, inclined or vertical layout. Installation Angle is generally between 30° ~ 45°, if necessary, up to 60°.
Screw conveyor is welded in a cylindrical shell with continuous spiral blades, and the shell rotates with spiral blades. Add the material due to the role of centrifugal force and friction with the housing rotation and is lifted, in the material under the action of gravity and along the spiral surface slide, so that the material with the spiral tube rotation together to achieve the forward movement of the material, as the screw along the rotation of the nut translation movement, to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.

Product characteristics

Screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying metamorphic, viscous, easy to caking material.
