Carbon Steel Chain Type Z-Type Hoist Z Shape Bucket Elevator/Assembly Line
Z-type bucket elevator is in a closed housing, through the suspension of the chain hopper transfer material. Can horizontal - vertical - horizontal combination transmission. It can be single point or multiple point feeding, through the discharge device to complete single point or multiple point unloading. Closed fuselage, less leakage, less pollution. Features of Z-type bucket elevator

Working principle
The material enters the hopper from the feed port and is lifted to the top with the conveyor chain. After bypassing the jacking wheel, the material is turned down. The Z-type rotary bucket elevator will dump the material into the receiving slot. Belt drive bucket elevator transmission belt generally uses rubber belt, installed in the lower or upper transmission drum and the upper and lower reversing drum. Chain drive Z type rotary bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chain, on or below a pair of drive sprocket, below or above is a pair of sprocket. Z-type bucket elevator is generally equipped with a housing to prevent dust in the bucket elevator.
