Ultrasonic sieve vibrator screen is a simple, practical and reliable screening system that is the most effective solution for current mesh clogging. The user wants to screen at high speed without clogging the mesh. The conventional method simply uses a vibration/shake technique to exclude foreign matter for screening, and the ultrasonic screening can uniformly transmit the oscillating force to the mesh surface in the micrometer range in addition to the above conventional methods. This technique can reduce friction between the screen surface and the material and reduce mesh clogging. Compared with the conventional screening machine, the primary screening rate and the overall screening efficiency are greatly improved, which ensures that the mesh is not blocked for a long time During the screening process. Working principle
The ultrasonic sieve vibrator screen consists of an ultrasonic controller, a converter, and a resonance ring. The high-frequency electric oscillation generated by the ultrasonic controller is converted into a longitudinal oscillating wave of a high-frequency sinusoidal form by the converter, and the oscillating wave is transmitted to the resonant ring to resonate the resonant ring, and then uniformly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonant ring. The material on the screen is superimposed with ultrasonic vibration while doing low-frequency three-dimensional vibration, which can prevent the mesh from being blocked and increase the output and quality of the screening machine.
